We produce our cheese specialities using 100% raw milk from our own goats; milk that is free from GMO and artificial additives. From hard to semi-hard and soft varieties, whether mildly aromatic or spicy, our award-winning cheeses are high in taste and low in fat. Taste them for yourself!

Viktor

Hard cheese made from 100% raw goat’s milk
This hard cheese has an intense spicy flavour softened by the delicate taste of goat’s milk and a persistent after-taste intensified by the red smear culture over a maturing process of at least three months.

Ingredients: raw goat’s milk, salt, rennet

Ricki

Semi-hard cheese made from 100% raw goat’s milk
This is a semi-hard cheese with a strong, spicy aroma, which is intensified by red smear culture maturing. The discreet taste of goat’s milk softens the aroma with more gentle hints. Matures over approx. 4 weeks.

Berni

A soft cheese with a flavour ranging from mildly aromatic to intensely spicy depending on the degree of maturity. Its aroma is intensified by red smear culture and softened by the discreet flavour of goat’s milk. Matures over approx. 3 weeks.
